Without a job or source of income, she was living with the help of others and had no prospects for improvement. Until she discovered <a href=\"https:\/\/recodepro.org.br\/\"><strong>Recode Pro<\/strong><\/a>, a free program from Recode that trains full-stack developers and connects graduates with major companies.<\/p>\n<p>After being accepted into the selective process, the young woman from Jardim S\u00e3o Carlos, a neighborhood on the outskirts of S\u00e3o Paulo, dedicated herself to the training, became a programmer, and landed a job at Ita\u00fa Bank after a talent fair hosted by <a href=\"https:\/\/recode.org.br\/en\/\">Recode<\/a>.
