The library<\/strong> has always been a welcoming place, keeping its doors open to involve the community in literary and educational activities. Even with the arrival of the pandemic, where spaces had to remain closed or undergo adaptations, the work did not stop. Institutions throughout the country demonstrated great creativity in online engagement through Recode’s Libraries at Home Challenge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n During the activity, libraries had to identify a problem related to “combating coronavirus”<\/strong> and find a solution through technology<\/strong>. From there, teams recorded a video showing the entire process and were evaluated according to criteria such as clarity and objectivity in the presentation, prototyping, and creativity in the idea.<\/p>\n\n First place went to the Municipal Library Professora L\u00eada Rodrigues Silva<\/strong>, from the city of Andrel\u00e2ndia, in Minas Gerais.
