Lohane Dafne had a big goal: to offer a better future for her daughter. The young resident from the outskirts of São Paulo worked in a beauty salon when she discovered, through friends, that there was a free project that taught full stack programming.
Without any prior knowledge in technology, she decided to bet on her own learning ability and was approved in the selection process for Recode Pro.
After participating in more than 540 hours of technical training and developing socio-emotional skills, she became a developer and got a job at Ecad.
