The financial life of Nayara Suelen was complicated due to the lack of opportunities. Without a job or source of income, she was living with the help of others and had no prospects for improvement. Until she discovered Recode Pro, a free program from Recode that trains full-stack developers and connects graduates with major companies.
After being accepted into the selective process, the young woman from Jardim São Carlos, a neighborhood on the outskirts of São Paulo, dedicated herself to the training, became a programmer, and landed a job at Itaú Bank after a talent fair hosted by Recode. Today, she lives with her spouse and sees a more promising future ahead.
